Every Lion Air Group passenger must follow the health protocols due to COVID-19 by wearing mask at the airport area and during flight, also keep physical distancing.
Lion Air Group passenger must show below documents as travel requirements:
- Electronic Health Alert Card/ e-HAC sebelum berangkat. For further information please visit http://sinkarkes.kemkes.go.id/ehacdeclaration.
- Identity card (passport or other legal identity card).
- Health Certificate with a non-reactive Rapid Test result in Bahasa Indonesia or English with maximum 3 days validity from the health facility issuance or
Health Certificate with a negative PCR/Swab Test result with a maximum 7 days validity from the health facility issuance.
- Health certificate for influenza (influenza-like illness) from the health facility issuance (Hospital/Puskesmas) for Regions that do not have PCR Test/Rapid Test Facility.
- Statement or reference letter according to the categories of passengers who are allowed to travel.
- Please pay attention to regulations issued by the Regional Government, regarding the specific requirements for: Jakarta, Denpasar, Pangkalpinang and Tanjung Pandan.
Lion Air Group has rights to reject passenger and free from law liability if the passenger’s documents are not suitable with the requirements.
